100g Oak Smoked Cecina - Extra Marbling
Dry-cured, oak-smoked beef from Entrepeñas, a family producer in León, northern Spain. It's cut from older ex-dairy cows, which gives deeper flavour and plenty of marbling, and it's dark, tender and savoury, with a hint of oak. Lay the slices out with a drizzle of good olive oil and some picos, or serve them with aged Manchego.
Ingredients: Beef, Mediterranean sea salt, natural oak smoke.
