La Catedral de Navarra Piquillo Peppers

Piquillo peppers from La Catedral de Navarra, a family business that began as a small jar-sealing operation during the Spanish Civil War and has been preserving Navarra's vegetables for over 70 years. Roasted over a direct flame and peeled entirely by hand for a properly concentrated flavour. Good stuffed with tuna or goat's cheese as a simple tapa, or blitzed into a romesco sauce.

Ingredients: Piquillo peppers, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid).
