Sliced Ibérico Bellota salchichón from Blázquez, made from acorn-fed pork and seasoned with black pepper, garlic, nutmeg and coriander, then cured for at least six months. Ideal alongside chorizo, ham and lomo on an Ibérico platter.
Ingredients: Pork meat and fat, salt, spices, dextrose, dextrin, vegetable fibre, preservatives (E-250, E-252), acidity corrector (E-331iii), antioxidant (E-301).
