Wild Rice Pad Thai Sauce
A Pad Thai sauce from Wild Rice, made in Thailand and free from artificial additives and preservatives. It's tangy with tamarind, sweetened with coconut sugar, and gently hot from chilli, garlic and shallot. Stir it through rice noodles with prawns or chicken, or glaze it over salmon.
Ingredients: Coconut sugar, tamarind paste, cane sugar, shallot, water, salt, garlic, distilled vinegar, rice bran oil, chili powder, paprika powder, vegetable powder.
May contain traces of nut, fish and shellfish.
