Four crisp Sicilian cannoli shells filled with a creamy pistachio filling. Pistachio is one of Sicily's signature flavours, and it works best against something bitter, so serve these with a short espresso. A nice thing to bring to a dinner party with the coffee.
Ingredients: Cannoli: wheat flour type 00, vegetable oil (palm), sugar, vegetable fats and oils, sunflower oils, eggs, margarine, salt, flavourings, cocoa. Pistachio cream: white cream of milk (sugar, unhydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, cocoa butter, gelling agent, modified starch, emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), E471, salt, flavourings), 10% pistachio paste.
