A fiery Calabrian spread built entirely from vegetables rather than the pork usually found in nduja, so it's a genuinely meat-free way to get that same chilli kick. Packed with chilli peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, artichokes and aubergine, it's just as happy stirred through pasta or spread on bruschetta as its meaty namesake.
Ingredients: Peppers, sunflower oil, hot chilli peppers, aubergines, champignon mushrooms, rehydrated tomatoes (in sunflower oil), artichokes, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar (wine, water), salt, oregano, chilli pepper powder, acidity regulator (citric acid).
