A thick, glossy balsamic glaze from Modena, made by reducing balsamic vinegar and grape must down to a syrupy consistency. A drizzle goes a long way over a caprese salad, roasted vegetables, or even fresh strawberries.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, balsamic vinegar of Modena (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, cooked grape must, colouring: caramel), wine vinegar, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum).
Contains sulphites.
