Think of this as your gateway into Meanwhile Deli's world, in one neat little box. We've gone hunting past the usual suspects for this one, so you won't find Serrano or Parma ham lurking in here, we've picked four cured meats that don't get nearly enough airtime on this side of the channel. 300g in total, so there's real substance behind the introduction.
Inside, you'll find Tuscan finocchiona, laced through with whole fennel seed. A sweet, delicate capocollo dolce from the shoulder. A paprika-warmed Iberico chorizo from acorn-fed Bellota pigs. And the one to save for last, cabecero de lomo, the prized collar cut of Ibérico pork, cured slow and sliced thin.
Alongside the meats, we've packed in a jar of Embrujos olives (stone-in, buttery and garlicky) and a pack of Ines Rosales Sesame & Sea Salt crackers to build your perfect bite.
You choose when it arrives. Pick any Tuesday to Friday that suits you, from a couple of days after you order, and your hamper travels overnight in an insulated, ice-packed parcel to land on your doorstep on the day you chose. Christmas, a birthday, New Year's Eve or just because, the date is entirely yours. When it arrives, pop it straight in the fridge and enjoy within 7 days.
We've deliberately kept the packaging simple. No wicker basket destined for the loft or the tip the moment the ribbon comes off, just good food, properly protected, at a price that reflects the ingredients rather than the theatre around them.

Our photos show the hamper contents styled for serving, so the board and decorations aren't included and packaging may vary. Every item is chosen by us and occasionally a supplier lets us down. If that happens we'll swap in something of equal or greater value, and if the swap changes any allergens we'll get in touch before your hamper is sent so you can choose to go ahead or cancel for a full refund.
