Condimaniac's Kyubi: a medium-hot sauce built around fresh habanero chillies on a base of sweet pineapple and carrot, rounded off with Chinese five spice. Good with sushi, eggs, or stirred into peanut butter for an instant satay-style sauce.
Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, carrot, pineapple, pineapple juice, soy sauce (soy, wheat), sugar syrup, tomato puree, habanero peppers, brown sugar, spring onion, garlic, ginger, salt, five-spice powder.
