Godminster's classic vintage organic cheddar, made in Bruton, Somerset, from the milk of organic, high-welfare herds. Rich and creamy with a proper tang, and sealed in its distinctive burgundy wax. A brilliant centrepiece for a Christmas cheeseboard and just as good in a Boxing Day sandwich.
Ingredients: Pasteurised organic cow's milk, salt, vegetarian rennet, dairy cultures.
