Condimaniac 100% British Tomato Ketchup

Originally developed for Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm Shop, which insists on 100% British ingredients, this ketchup swaps the usual imported tomato puree for a British passata base instead. Fruity and tomato-forward, with a subtle hint of rosemary. Note: without the thickening gums used in most commercial ketchups, this has a looser consistency than you might expect, and it's seasonal, since British tomatoes aren't grown year-round.

Ingredients: British tomato passata (64.4%), British apple cider vinegar, British beet sugar, British onion, British carrot, British sea salt, British rosemary.
