Air-dried, salted beef from northern Italy. Lean, deep red and delicately spiced, it's traditionally served very thinly sliced, often with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.

Ingredients: Beef, salt, dextrose, natural aromas. Preservatives: Sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate.
