Dry-cured acorn-fed Ibérico chorizo from Extrem, an exclusive limited-edition range from Extremadura, one of Spain's most demanding regions for Ibérico production. Made from 100% Ibérico pigs raised free-range on acorns and natural pasture, cured for up to 36 months. Lactose-free and gluten-free.
