Four crisp, fried Sicilian pastry shells filled with a smooth chocolate and hazelnut cream. Cannoli are traditionally filled to order so the shell stays crunchy, so eat these soon after opening. Lovely with a strong espresso, or a small glass of Marsala for something more indulgent.
