Godminster Red Chilli Devil's Dance Organic Cheddar Round
Godminster's vintage organic cheddar from Bruton, Somerset, rippled with a chilli sauce created by their founder from British chillies, cider vinegar and garlic. Warm rather than fierce, with the heat building slowly behind the rich cheddar. Wrapped in black wax.
Ingredients: Organic cheddar cheese (97%) (milk), organic chilli paste (3%) (chillies (64%), cider vinegar, garlic purée, dark brown sugar, bird's eye chillies (4%), sunflower oil, cayenne pepper (6%), sea salt).
The organic chilli paste is produced in a premises where gluten, eggs, peanuts, soya, tree nuts, mustard and sulphites are used.
