Monteporo Nduja di Spilinga

The fresh, fridge version of nduja, Calabria's famous spreadable, spicy pork sausage from the town of Spilinga. Softer and even more spreadable than the jarred version, so a knife straight through a warm baguette is really all it needs.

Ingredients: Pork fat, pork meat, sweet pepper, hot pepper, salt.
