Bronze-die Italian pasta from La Molisana, a family mill in Molise making pasta since 1912. The rough, ridged surface (a result of the traditional bronze dies) grips sauce far better than the smooth, Teflon-extruded kind, so it holds up well to a hearty ragu or baked dish.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, folic acid, niacin, ferrous lactate (iron), thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin.
May contain traces of soy. Produced in a facility that also processes eggs.
