Pitted Manzanilla olives from Espinaler, stuffed with a savoury anchovy paste. Espinaler's tavern in Barcelona has been serving gourmet tapas since 1896, and this is one of their signature bites. Excellent as they are, or skewered with a guindilla pepper for a classic gilda.
Ingredients: Green olives, anchovy paste (water, anchovy, stabiliser: E401), salt, flavour enhancers (E621, E635), acidulant (E330), antioxidant (E300).
