Taralli are the classic snack of Puglia, ring-shaped and crisp, made with white wine and extra virgin olive oil and no yeast. They're moreish on their own, but they really come into their own with a glass of something cold and a bit of cheese or salami.
Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, white wine, high oleic acid sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil (2%), salt, natural extract of olives.
