A savoury, soy-sauce-style seasoning made from fermented shiitake mushrooms and made in Thailand by Wild Rice. Use it just as you would traditional soy sauce, in marinades, stir-fries and dipping sauces. A dash is all it takes to lift your favourite recipes.
