A mild, fruity extra virgin olive oil from O-Med, a family-run mill at the foot of the Sierra Nevada in Granada. Made from early-harvest Arbequina olives, picked in October, with gentle notes of apple, banana and almond. A good everyday oil for dressings, or finishing a plate of tomatoes.
