Handmade Mak-Kimchi from Muti, made with the freshest produce from Bristol's fruit and veg market. Raw and unpasteurised, so it's still alive with beneficial bacteria, and given its kick from a blend of Korean and Mexican chilli flakes. Good on its own, folded into fried rice, or piled onto a cheese toastie.
Ingredients: Chinese leaf cabbage, carrot, mooli, pear, spring onion, sea salt, garlic, ginger, Korean gochugaru and Mexican guajillo chilli flakes.
Made in a facility where other allergens are present.
