A whipped Ibérico cheese spread from Belloterra in the Valle de Los Pedroches, Córdoba, made from a blend of cow, sheep and goat's cheese and finished with Ibérico pork lard for a smooth, spreadable texture. Good spread thick on crackers, or melted into a warm risotto.
Ingredients: Cheese blend (60%) (cow's milk (90%), sheep's milk (5%), goat's milk (5%), salt, calcium chloride: E509, lactic ferments, rennet, egg lysozyme), pork lard (antioxidants: E306, E304i), salt, dextrose, lactose, milk powder, cheese flavouring, flavour enhancer (E621), antioxidants (E301, E300), spices, preservative (E200), sunflower oil.
