Whole Beldi lemons, a thin-skinned Moroccan variety, hand-picked and preserved in a simple salt brine until soft and intensely citrusy. An essential ingredient in Moroccan cooking, especially tagines. Rinse before use, and use both the rind and pulp finely chopped through a stew, salad, or roasted with chicken.
Ingredients: Pickled lemons, water, salt.
