An unpasteurised, beer-infused mustard from a small artisan producer in Barcelona, made without preservatives using traditional fermenting techniques. Rich and aromatic, and a natural match for pastrami or anything off the barbecue.
Ingredients: Beer (28%) (gluten), mustard seeds, white wine vinegar (sulphites), sugar, onion, salt, antioxidant (E-300), black pepper, turmeric.
May contain traces of milk and fish.
