100g Salchichon Iberico Bellota

Made from acorn-fed Ibérico pork, marinated with oregano, garlic, salt and pepper before curing for a minimum of four months. The result is a marbled salchichón with fat that melts at room temperature.

Ingredients: Extra lean Iberian pork meat, salt, sugar (lactose, sugar, dextrose), dextrin, spices, emulsifier (E450i, E451i), antioxidants (E301), preservatives (E252, E250), colouring (E120).
