100g Chorizo Iberico Bellota

Made from acorn-fed Ibérico pork, cured for three to four months in Áñora, in Los Pedroches, Spain's youngest DOP region, just north of Córdoba. The Montanera acorns give the meat its natural sweetness, balanced here with a traditional blend of herbs and spices for a deep red colour and a soft paprika aroma.
