Cold-smoked butter from Rooftop Smokehouse, made on a rooftop in Barcelona from pasteurised Irish cream. Slowly infused with wood smoke for a silky, aromatic butter that transforms simple dishes. Excellent melted over grilled meat or roasted vegetables, folded through mash, or simply spread on good bread.
Ingredients: Pasteurised cows' milk cream (origin: Ireland), salt.
May also contain fish and mustard.
