Sardines caught off Mount's Bay in Cornwall, then sent to Asturias in Spain to be hand-canned using traditional artisan methods, a nod to founder Mitch Tonks' belief that Spain does tinned fish better than anyone. Straight from the tin with good bread, or through a simple tomato pasta.
