Manna Venison Biltong

Handcrafted wild venison biltong from Manna Biltong in Totnes, Devon, made using the same traditional South African curing process as their beef biltong. Leaner and more delicate than beef, with a deep gamey flavour balanced by coriander, fennel and a warm hit of chilli and clove. No artificial ingredients or preservatives, just proper venison and proper seasoning.

Ingredients: Wild venison, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce (malt vinegar (barley), water, sugar, molasses, fishsauce, salt, tamarind extract, garlic powder, clove, chilli powder, onion powder), coriander seeds, black peppercorns, sea salt, fennel seed, chilli flakes.
Contains fish and barley. Produced in a facility that handles nuts.
