Handcrafted beef biltong from Manna Biltong in Totnes, Devon, made from local grass-fed beef using a traditional South African curing process. Air-dried and seasoned with a balanced blend of coriander, fennel, chilli flakes and cracked black pepper for a deep, savoury flavour with a subtle warmth. No nitrates or unnecessary additives, just proper beef and proper seasoning.
Ingredients: Grass-fed beef, Worcestershire sauce (malt vinegar (barley), sugar, molasses, fish sauce, salt, tamarind extract, garlic powder, onion powder), sea salt, red wine vinegar, coriander seeds, chilli flakes, black peppercorns, fennel seed.
