Enormous, meaty Gordal olives from Losada, a family-owned producer in Carmona, near Seville, growing and curing olives since 1961. "Gordal" translates as "the fat one", and these are cured the traditional way with nothing more than water and salt, so the flavour of the olive itself comes through rather than a heavy brine.
Ingredients: Gordal olives, water, salt, citric acid, lactic acid, ascorbic acid.
