A whipped Ibérico ham spread from Belloterra in the Valle de Los Pedroches, Córdoba. Ibérico ham is finely micronised and blended with Ibérico pork lard until it melts in the mouth, bringing out all the character of the ham in a smooth, spreadable form. Excellent on warm toast, or stirred through scrambled eggs.
Ingredients: Ibérico ham (60%) (Ibérico ham, salt, sugar, acidity regulator: E331iii, preservative: E252, antioxidant: E301), pork lard (antioxidants: E304, E306, E322), sugars (dextrose, lactose), milk powder, hydrolysed soy protein, preservative (E200), flavour enhancer (E621), antioxidant (E301), spices, sunflower oil.
