Sliced Ibérico Bellota chorizo from Blázquez, cured for at least six months in their own drying cellars in Guijuelo for a firm texture and intense flavour. Best served as a starter with some Picos, and left out of the fridge for half an hour before eating.
Ingredients: Pork meat and fat, paprika, salt, dextrose, dextrin, extra virgin olive oil, spices, vegetable fibre, preservatives (E-250, E-252), acidity corrector (E-331iii), antioxidant (E-301).
