RIOS Morcilla de Burgos with Rice

A traditional rice morcilla from Aranda del Duero in Burgos, seasoned with cumin, black pepper and cloves, and made with sweet Horcal onion grown locally. Cooked twice during production, once when the mixture is made and again once it's stuffed into its natural casing, which makes it easier to digest.
Ingredients: Horcal onion, rice, pig's blood, pork fat, salt, natural spices.
This product needs to be cooked before eating. Good fried, on the plancha, or baked, and traditionally served with piquillo peppers.
